Designing and prototyping

If you have an idea of a particular design but you aren’t sure whether it will work when assembled then you’ve come to the right place. In addition to fabrication we can bring your ideas to fruition. Thanks to our experienced team we use the latest technology to help create a virtual design before it gets to the production stage. This way we can make any tweaks or adjustments necessary on screen so you’re not faced with issues or hold-ups when it comes to production. Once your ideas have been designed, we can mock up prototypes if necessary both quickly and accurately. In many cases, within hours!

Treating/protecting steel kit

The vast majority of out steel parts are finished in house. This means treating and protecting the many steel items we make as per client instructions. As a result we’re more than happy for people to come to us with steel parts such as tubing, rods, or parts that require treating. This includes

• The application of clear protective coatings to help avoid finger prints and smudges and…

Full product assembly

Not only do we design and build products, component parts, and sub-assemblies but we also have an experienced assembly team who can assemble any product we’ve made no matter how complex. Well assemble it, test it, and crate it up and ship it to you if necessary. So all you have to do is unpack it the other end and it’s ready for use. How’s that for service?
